People struggle their whole lives to obtain what they believe will make them happy, while disliking what we already posses. Many wise people throughout the centuries always said that in order to improve your life is to accept things the way they are presently, The way things are are usually resistance to pain and change.

Whether you know it or not change is always happening, nothing ever stays the same like it or not, change is unavoidable. Every Time you resist the present circumstances you are going to suffer because you cant get life to stay still and conform. With meditation you can discover how to go with the flow and accept things or you can resist and make the process more painful your choice.

If you look around you, you are going to notice that people get more depressed and unhappy as they get older, meanwhile others learn to accept things and adapt and by effect they have a twinkle in their eyes that never goes away. Like constant change, pain is will also have place in our lives like pleasure, the truth is you can’t have pain without having pleasure even though that’s the truth most of us would like to have it different. The mind has the tendency to compare you with others.

It judges every single thing that is not perfect about you and by effect it takes away your peace of mind and keeps you anxious, angry, jealous and upset, all these things arise because of your negative beliefs. If you were to change those negative beliefs to something better like I am lovable and perfect the way i am your mind will not have to compare you with others because you are you.

Social Anxiety Disorder (SAD) Is a word commonly used to describe the experience of great emotional discomfort, severe shyness, fear, or worry in social situations. It often starts manifesting as early as the infant stages, but it may go unnoticed until early teen years. Some of the physiological symptoms of social anxiety is sweating, blushing, rapid heart beat, shaking, chest pain, shortness of breath, nausea etc. Social Anxiety is one of the most common physiological disorder in the united states, it is commonly mistaken for shyness but that is far from the truth because (SAD) is persistent and disabling and if not treated it can become worse with time. People with social anxiety often chronically avoid situations where they might feel embarrassed or might have to interact with strangers hence most (sad) sufferers rarely apply to a job where they might have to deal with people. Social Anxiety sufferers often are loners or not have many friends at all. If social phobics withstand social situations where they have to deal with people they do it with considerable anxiety and persistent concern that your actions are going to cause people to judge you as being weird, stupid, or weak and most of the time they are not aware of these thoughts.

I have been writing about social anxiety for about 1 year to read more of my articles about social anxiety please visit http://socialanxiety101.com/
